The Weinfeld Education Group is holding their 4th annual Diamonds in the Rough special learning needs conference on March 3 from 9 to 4:30 pm. The topic this year is Family Quality of Life.
This conference will feature a keynote address by Eustacia Cutler, Temple Grandin's mother, as well as breakout sessions covering a variety of topics.
[Editor's note: As an attendee of each of the prior three conferences, I find Diamonds in the Rough to be one of those most valuable events I attend.]
The cost of the conference is $65 if you register online by March 2 and $80 for registration at the door. A box lunch is included in your registration.
The conference takes place at Universities of Maryland at Shady Grove (9630 Gudelsky Drive) in Rockville.
