Transition Advocacy Program Presentation

The Treatment and Learning Centers will host a presentation about their Transition Advocacy Program on June 5 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

The goal of the Transition Advocacy Program is to support adults with disabilities seeking a more independent lifestyle through greater success in employment, education, and community integration.
