Wrightslaw will hold a Special Education Law and Advocacy Conference featuring Pete Wright on May 19 in Arlington, Virginia.The conference, which runs from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., focuses on special education law, rights, and responsibilities; tests and measurements to measure progress and regression; SMART IEPs; and an introduction to tactics and strategies for effective advocacy.
Register online for the conference. If you pay on or before April 19, the cost is $130; registration after the 19th is $160. Each registration fee includes breakfast, lunch, and a set of three Wrightslaw books.
The program will be held at KUSCO/Korea Business Center Building (1952 Gallows Road) in Vienna, Virginia.
