The Arc of Montgomery County and Potomac Community Resources will hold their next Transition Times meeting on April 27 from 7:30 to 9 p.m.Shawn Lattanzio, the program manager at Montgomery County Health and Human Services, Aging and Disability, will speak. Lattanzio will present information and updates on the steps of the transition process and on other issues and agencies related to transition. Bring any questions you have.
