The Maryland Assistive Technology Cooperative (AT:LAST, Inc.) will be holding a training workshop covering an overview of augmentative communication strategies and systems on October 14.This is intended as an introductory workshop for special education teachers, service coordination teams, and other support persons who work with individuals with communication impairments.
The workshop will last from 9:45 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. and costs $79. You can register online for this workshop, which will take place at the A.T. Learning Center in Columbia, MD (7050 Oakland Mills Road, Suite 160).
