The Collaborative Outreach and Training Committee will be holding a meeting about the Road to Adult Services & Autism, Model and REM Waivers on November 4.Shawn Lattanzio and Shayna Street from the Department of Health and Human Services; David Cross, Autism Waiver Coordinator; and Kay Harriston and Briget Barr from The Coordinating Center will be presenting.
Seminar topics include the autism waiver, an overview of services for adults with developmental disabilities provided by state and local agencies, and a discussion of Rare and Expensive Case Management (REM) and the Model Waiver.
The seminar will take place from 6:45-8:45 p.m. in the 2nd floor meeting room at the Rockville Library (21 Maryland Ave, 20850). Register for the seminar by calling 240-777-1216 between October 15 and November 3.
