McTrans is holding a meeting this Thursday, October 8 from 7:30-9 p.m.Parent Harry Mass will be speaking on "Living on the edge between a rock and a hard place.
The meeting will take place at the Arc of Montgomery County (11600 Nebel Street in Rockville).
