The next free lecture in Ivymount School's Model Asperger Program Lecture Series will be on Anxiety and Asperger Syndrome, and will be held on October 27.Daniel Pine, M.D. of the National Institute of Mental Health will be speaking on the issue. Pine's research interests include pediatric psychopharmacology and the pathophysiology of anxiety disorders in children and adults.
The session will take place at Ivymount School in Rockville (11614 Seven Locks Road), and is open to the public. RSVPs are requested, but you are welcome even without having registered. You can register online.
The lecture will last from 7-9 p.m., but doors will open at 6:30 p.m. for networking and refreshments.
